Complete renovation of a Villa in Seghers, Estepona.

 

In this project we have worked on all parts of the house to give it a completely new look. Repainting of the whole villa both inside and outside, we also changed all the aluminium carpentry in dark colours to give a contrast with the colour of the villa, the floors have been tiled in a light porcelain that gives the whole villa a good clarity, the kitchen with all new furniture with the addition of a central island, the bathrooms have also been completely refurbished with bathtub and shower.

 

In addition to all this, the villa has been fitted with a completely new plumbing, electricity and heating system. 

Complete renovation of the cafe on the Golden Mile.

Porcelain floor, specially cut marble skirtings, Mortex coating, complete renovation of the bathrooms, removable ceiling, restructuring and renovating the kitchen area, floor replacement, etc.

Among the key points were covering the floor and stairs with Mortex, bathroom reforms, wooden terrace floor renovation and treatment, painting the walls, ceilings and the terrace facade.

For this project we had to re-paint the villa in white plastic paint, re-paint the pillars and balustrades, repaint the villa on the inside and repair the existing damp areas. The door frames were replaced and the passage doors were repainted. The floors in the whole house were polished, along with the steps of the stairs. The kitchen furniture was removed and later relocated, as well as the A/C machine. The outdoor gas barbecue was assembled.

Also, we had to do a complete renovation of the 2nd floor master bathroom, repair the terrace attached to the kitchen, also various secondary works as shutters, the gate and some additional works with the garage door were carried out as well.

Complete renovation of the apartment in Nagüeles. Key points of this project are coating the entire bathrooms with Mortex, installation of the staircase to connect both floors and installation of the new kitchen.

Along with Foc Design decorators team, Home and Help took part in finalization of all major works and the set-up of the villa.

Execution of a fully equipped terrace to enjoy it to the fullest. Building the seats and the central table with perforated bricks covered with screed mortar, complemented with anti-crack mesh and four-layered micro cement finish (two rough and two refined layers), and finally, covered with a layer of a protective white resin.

Execution of a fully equipped shower and toilet area with a modern design. Execution of the cinema area with built seats with white-colored micro cement finish. Flooring of the entire terrace surface, assembly of steps with stainless steel finish to access the Jacuzzi. Installation of an interior lift to facilitate comfortable access to the upper terrace with glass and stainless steel finishes.

Directed by Foc Design and Home and Help, the project “La Sala” restaurant in Puerto Banus was done in 7 days, working 24 hours, thanks to a good organization and the com-mitment of a dynamic and well-prepared human team. Major improvements were made to the interior and exterior of the restaurant. Including flooring, wall cladding, aesthetic chan-ges and other details to create a festive and pleasant atmosphere. On 5th and 7th of December of 2016 the reopening parties of La Sala in Puerto Banus were held, sho-wing off the new design!
